Fair to raise money for abandoned dogs

A DOG rescue centre is holding a fair to raise money to help them modernise their kennel blocks.

The fair will include classes for pedigree and non-pedigree dogs, and will be held at Laurel Farm in Longwick, near Princes Risborough on Sunday, July 13.

The gates open at 10.30am and will close at 4pm.

Other attractions will include local craft and bric a brac stalls, a collection of classic MG cars, tractors, a barbecue, pony rides and more.

Hundreds of unwanted dogs are taken in every year by the Stokenchurch rescue centre, and hundreds are rehomed. The money raised by the event will benefit even more dogs.
